Participants will:
1) Discover how to break out of polarizing structures that create unwinnable conversations by creating useful complexity that sparks empathy.
2) Begin building their own complex framing designed to de-polarize the exploration and call people in across difference.
3) Participants will learn to recognize ‘invisible’ polarizing language and decide whether to retain, replace, or remove
